This year for Valentine’s Day, Four Roses Bourbon has partnered with several well-known chefs to curate a delicious Valentine’s Day meal paired with creative cocktails. Each three-course meal captures the spirit of the holiday while pushing the flavor boundaries.

The three participating chefs are Stephanie Izard, Ford Dry and Chad Colby. Each chef’s meal is paired with a cocktail created by Natalie Migliarini. From a touch sweet to a little surprising, these Valentine’s Day food and cocktail pairings might spark an epic love affair.

Looking at the three options, the pairings are quite varied. Stephanie Izard’s meal shows that strawberries can be both savory and sweet. While the appetizer is bright and refreshing, her main course is robust and hearty. Ending the meal with a chocolate cake, the Strawberry Love cocktail shines with every bite. And, this cocktail also works as both an aperitif and an after dinner cocktail.

Continuing the strawberry theme, the Strawberry Bourbon Smash is paired with Chef Colby’s Burrata Caprese and Antico Steak. This meal pairing is all about luscious flavors.

Lastly, a riff on the classic Old Fashioned, Old Fashioned Valentine, is paired with Chef Fry’s Crispy Sourdough with ‘Nduja and Burrata, and “Little Ear” Pasta with Heritage Breed Pork. This pairing proves that a classic is always timeless.
