While everyone might still be singing about Bruno, all those high notes have caused a bounty of deliciousness at the annual Epcot Flower and Garden festival. With the sun shining brightly and the flowers blooming, these five Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2022 dishes will delight the eyes and the palate.

Running now through July 4, the 2022 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is back to its full vibrancy. After modified versions over the previous years, everyone is ecstatic to see the topiaries return, hear the music playing, and wander around the Walt Disney World theme park.

With a bounty of marketplaces scattered around Epcot, it is virtually impossible to eat all the great offerings in a single visit. Although there is no Disney food competitive eating category, it would take beyond a voracious appetite to eat it all. It could take the whole day to even stop at every marketplace for a taste.

What are must try Epcot Flower and Garden festival 2022 dishes?

Flavorful Kitchen – Seared Verlasso Salmon

Located in the shadows of Spaceship Earth, Flavorful Kitchen is often the first stop for guests. Although that grilled corn is tempting, do not miss the seared Verlasso Salmon. Served with Farro Rissotto and micro herbs, the dish feels like a mini meal. It is hearty, flavorful and a pure delight. Although versions of this dish have been featured in the past, it is always a great choice.

The Citrus Blossom – Grapefruit Tart

Grapefruit can be a controversial flavor in a dessert. But, when a Disney pastry chef can subert the acidic, too tart taste, this dessert is perfection on a warm day. The refreshing grapefruit curd is paied with a lychee jam, ginger mousse and yuzu cream. The citrus notes are clear, but the slightly spiciness of the ginger mousse brings it all together. Skip the beignets and chocolate for this bright, refreshing treat.

Cider House – BLT Scone

With breakfast food being served all day, this savory scone is a must try. Although it might be best to skip the clotted cream with this scone, it would be perfect with a cup of tea or a cider flight.

That first bite will change your perspective on scones. From the Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon to the combination of sundried tomatoes and basil, it is that robust flavor that makes you wish for one more bite.

Epcot Farmers Feast – Chargrilled Bison Ribeye

Epcot Farmers Feast features a rotating menu. Just like the produce from the garden changes with the season, this menu will change periodically throughout the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2022.

As part of the first menu, the Chargrilled Bison Ribeye with creamy leek fondue, roasted carnival cauliflower Romanesco and port wine goat cheese butter is like a dish that would be served at a Disney sit down restaurant. It is elevated, a celebration of colors and textures and a dish that will have people coming back for more.

This dish shows the care that Disney chefs take in preparing food. Bison is a lean meat that can be difficult to execute, but the combination of the sauces and fondue ensures that the bison is delicious.

La Isla Fresca Arepa

As Encanto continues to enchant Disney fans, everyone was hoping that arepas would be on the menu. Although it wasn’t part of the 2022 Festival of the Arts menu, La Isla Fresca is featuring three arepas on the Flower and Garden menu.

A personal favorite is the shrimp arepa. The sweet shrimp contrast the avocado aji and tomato sauce. It will leave everyone wondering where’s another order.

The 2022 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival runs now through July 4. While the festival and the Garden Rocks concerts are included in admission, food purchases are separate. Disney Parks require reservations and guests are encourages to be aware of health and safety precautions.
