Adding 1 ½ oz tequila is also an option

BACARDÍ Blueberry Lime Mojito

Mojitos are always a refreshing choice. The combination of sweet and lime is a popular choice both during springtime as well as throughout the year.

With this offering from BACARDÍ, the combination of blueberry and lime is zesty and sweet. The lime adds the acidity to balance the sweetness. The blueberry adds a level of juiciness. For anyone who loves a mojito, this cocktail is quite invigorating.

  • 10 blueberries
  • 6 mint leaves

Pineapple Rum Rush

Tropical flavors seem to be having a moment. Whether it is satisfying that sense of wanderlust or just wanting something satisfying, the traditional citrus is getting a boost.

In this cocktail from Captain Morgan, the pineapple is front and center but the spice flavors add some balance. Plus, those bubbles from the ginger ale make the beverage quite refreshing.

Here’s how to make Pineapple Rum Rush.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Coconut Juice
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • Top with Ginger Ale

Raspberry Lemon Drop

Following the sweet and tart them, this Raspberry Lemon Drop cocktail from Santo Spirits is perfection for a brunch. While the flavor is a little sweet, the Santo Blanco keeps it in check.
