Sip of Sunshine Slush

  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Ice
  • Orange Slice
  • Cherry

  • In a blender, add 8 oz Waterloo Cherry Limeade, orange juice, lemon juice, ice and blend for 20-25 seconds until consistency is smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Mixologist Tips:

Adding 1 ½ oz tequila is also an option

BACARDÍ Blueberry Lime Mojito

Mojitos are always a refreshing choice. The combination of sweet and lime is a popular choice both during springtime as well as throughout the year.

With this offering from BACARDÍ, the combination of blueberry and lime is zesty and sweet. The lime adds the acidity to balance the sweetness. The blueberry adds a level of juiciness. For anyone who loves a mojito, this cocktail is quite invigorating.

  •  1 ½ oz. BACARDÍ Lime Flavored Rum
  • 10 blueberries
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 4 oz. BACARDÍ Lime & Soda Real Rum Cocktail

  • Muddle blueberries in a highball glass then add the mint and gently press to release the oil. Add crushed ice and BACARDÍ Lime Flavored Rum and stir to incorporate. Top with BACARDÍ Lime & Soda Real Rum Cocktail and add more crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint spring.

Pineapple Rum Rush

Tropical flavors seem to be having a moment. Whether it is satisfying that sense of wanderlust or just wanting something satisfying, the traditional citrus is getting a boost.

In this cocktail from Captain Morgan, the pineapple is front and center but the spice flavors add some balance. Plus, those bubbles from the ginger ale make the beverage quite refreshing.

Here’s how to make Pineapple Rum Rush.

  • 1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Coconut Juice
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • Top with Ginger Ale

  • Add pineapple coconut juice, Original Spiced Rum, and lime juice to a glass. Pour half the pitcher mixture into each glass and top each glass off with half of the ginger ale. Garnish with pineapple wedges, a slice of lime, and a pineapple leaf.

Raspberry Lemon Drop

Following the sweet and tart them, this Raspberry Lemon Drop cocktail from Santo Spirits is perfection for a brunch. While the flavor is a little sweet, the Santo Blanco keeps it in check.

Consider serving this Santo Spirits cocktail with brunch. Instead of a mimosa, the sweet flavors can pair with almost any classic brunch food.

  • 1.5oz Santo Blanco
  • .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Cointreau
  • .25oz Simple syrup
  • Muddled Raspberry
  • Sugar Rim, Raspberry garnish
