With four chefs left in the competition, the Tournament of Champions Season 3 finale looks to be the most exciting Food Network episode of the season. Although the past two Tournament of Champions winners have been female chefs, that similar outcome is not a guarantee. Could a three-peat really happen?

When Hunter Fieri said that Tournament of Champions Season 3 would impress viewers, that prediction has definitely come true. From the chef who missed plating his dish to a tie score in a later round, each episode had plenty of unexpected twists and turns.

Even the randomizer became even more influential. Although one chef called it the ultimate picky diner, those required components proved how creative these chefs are. This competition isn’t just about checking the boxes. It is about creating the perfect bite while working within all the parameters.

And, even more important, how knowledgeable they are. From the ingredients to the kitchen equipment, these challenges are far from a walk in the park.

Looking specifically at the quarterfinals, the kitchen equipment was brutal. Who really has a hot pot in their kitchen? But, these chefs are up for the challenge and they seem to relish it.

Tournament of Champions Season 3 finale: Who should win?

Looking at the four chefs in the Tournament of Champions Season 3 finale, there seems to be two chefs that are potential favorites. While Brooke Williamson won Tournament of Champions Season 1, it is hard to keep that momentum going. She has done well this season, but she isn’t invincible.

Chef Tobias Dorzon might not be a household name, but he has proven himself this season. Even if he had some doubts in the quarterfinals, he earned his spot. While everyone loves an underdog story, this challenge might be a little much for him.

One of the clear favorites is Tiffany Faison. She has impressed the judges with her depth of culinary approaches. And, her flavors have been on point. Although she might have burnt down the kitchen in the quarterfinals, she has the ability to win.

If Tiffany Faison wins, it will be another huge statement for women chefs. As former champion Maneet Chauhan said to her in the previous battle, go after it and bring it home. Many people will be cheering for her to take home the title.

Jet Tila is the other favorite. Although he has come close in Tournament of Champions Season 2, he was just shy of the win. For Tila to win, he needs to show more than his Asian culinary knowledge. If Tila can step outside of that box, the title could be his.
