Beachside Brawl premiere: Ready to head to the boardwalk?

The newest Food Network competition show is ready to heat up summer. On the Beachside Brawl premiere, two teams compete to impress a group of beachgoers. Who will have the ultimate menu that tempts these hungry foodies?

Food Network appreciates that summer fun can cause a hearty appetite. From the backyard barbecue to an epic road trip, food and summer go hand in hand. In this competition show, the chefs look to settle the score once and for all. Does the East Coast or the West Coast serve up the better beach bounty?

Hosted by Antonia Lofaso, the popular Food Network chef navigates the battle between two friends who captain the East Coast and West Coast teams. Joined by Brooke Williamson and Tiffani Faison, the two team captains hope that their carefully selected chefs will earn them the bragging rights with the first Beachside Brawl title.

While there are many reasons for food television fans to watch, Lofaso shared her thoughts on the new Food Network competition. Lofaso said, “With my strong connection to both coasts – being born on the east and growing up on the west – I’m so thrilled to oversee this competition as my two talented friends, Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson brawl on the beach to prove their coast is best.”

On the Beachside Brawl premiere, the East and West Coast teams must create boardwalk stand dishes. Required dishes include a fried food, a food on a stick, food on a bun, a cheesy food and a sweet item. While there will be only one winner. The reality is that this competition should make viewers hungry to get their taste the regional offerings. Ready for an epic road trip?
