While the speeds on the course are in overdrive, the bold food menu has NASCAR fans cheering at Nashville Superspeedway. Looking to enhance the overall fan experience, Sodexo Live! has created offerings that not only deliver big flavor but also ensure that fans aren’t overspending during the event. In some ways, the team has found a way to raise the checkered flag and offered a big win for racing fans.

Food and sports go hand in hand. Cheering a favorite team or athlete creates a hunger and a thirst. While there will be classic foods, fans are expecting more. From a nod to local flavors to food creativity to streamlining the food ordering process, every element comes together to make for the ultimate fan experience.

As Steve Pangburn, CEO, North America, Sodexo Live! said, “NASCAR has some of the most passionate fans, and when you couple that with the Southern hospitality you’d expect from a city like Nashville, it gives us an exciting opportunity to bring the best, most authentic fan experience we can to this and every race at Nashville Superspeedway.”

What are NASCAR fans loving at Nashville Superspeedway?

Created by Sodexo Live! Regional Executive Chef Jerry Infantino, the weekend’s signature sandwich is the NashCar Burnout. A riff on a classic Nashville hot chicken, the fried chicken is swapped for a hot chicken sausage patty. Topped with pickles and ranch, the bite offers the right balance of flavors.

In addition to the special menu item, local favorites are highlighted, too. From Hattie B’s to Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant, there are a wide array of food options for NASCAR fans.

While the food and sports world has been talking about beverage costs at various sports events, Nashville Superspeedway wants to take the current climate into consideration. During the weekend, 20-oz waters will be $4. In addition, Busch Light beer will be $5. These price points give the speedway the designation as “the only professional sports venue in Nashville to offer water or beer at such affordable price points.”

Lastly, sports fans want to grab their food and beverages and get back to the action as quickly as possible. The venue has added 60 new points of sale. The goal is for that ordering pit spot to be as efficient as possible.

An unforgettable racing weekend has started its engines. Ready to enjoy all that it has to offer?
