Here’s how to make the Lemon Honey Turmeric Mocktail
(Makes 4 drinks)
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup honey, can add more if you prefer sweeter
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 lemon
- 3 inches worth of ginger, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 cup water
- Crushed ice

Method:
- In a shaker, combine honey and hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. For a traditional “simple syrup,” use equal parts honey and water.
- Remove both tips of the lemon and lay on one of the flat surfaces. Using your knife, cut between the lemon’s flesh and skin to remove. In a food processor or blender, blend lemon, ginger, turmeric and water until smooth. Strain if needed or desired.
