Even though the school bell has just rung, the fall beverage wars are in full effect. While some people might be serving that pumpkin spice coffee over ice as the temperatures continue to rise, many people cannot resist that first sip of fall-flavored comfort. As Dunkin revealed its fall flavored beverage offerings, the new Dunkin Nutty Pumpkin Coffee might be the best brew of the season.
As one of two new fall beverage offerings, the Dunkin Nutty Pumpkin Coffee brings together two favorite flavors in a single sip. Available both hot and iced, the Dunkin Original Blend is mixed with pumpkin spice swirl, a hazelnut shot and a dash of cream. That extra nutty note makes the warm spices pop. It will definitely change the fall beverage routine.
According to Jill Nelson, Vice President, Marketing and Culinary at Dunkin, “We see Dunkin’ fans’ anticipation of fall grow more and more each year. This season, we’re bringing them a line-up that’s sure to delight even our most passionate and excited fall enthusiasts. From the all-new Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Nutty Pumpkin Coffee to our returning Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte and pumpkin baked goods, we’re falling hard for the new menu items here at Dunkin’.”
While many people are grabbing those pumpkin spice beverages, Dunkin is offering another fall option that is a departure from the typical offerings. The Blood Orange Dunkin Refresher brings together a tart cranberry with the zesty blood orange. With a touch of ginger and cinnamon, it feels like those mulled spices that are so comforting on chilly days.
Available with either green tea or coconut milk, the Blood Orange Dunkin Refresher is a great afternoon pick me up. Sometimes that burst of bright flavors is the perfect pairing to the changing colors.
Of course, Dunkin did not skip over the classic pumpkin spice offerings. The traditional Pumpkin Spice Latte is back, as is the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Whether enjoyed on their own or with the pumpkin bakery items, there are plenty of excuses to have another cup.
What savory favorite menu items are joining the new Dunkin Nutty Pumpkin Coffee?
Although some people like a sweet start to the day, others prefer a savory note. Luckily, both tastes are satisfied with the return of Maple Sugar Bacon. For those who might not remember, this sweet and salty bite was a huge hit when it first joined the Dunkin menu.
The Maple Sugar Bacon is available as a snack. This anytime treat is just the right size. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with a bakery item, many people cannot get enough of this snack.
Also, the Maple Sugar Bacon is available on a breakfast sandwich. Served on a warm croissant, the combination of tangy white cheddar, fried egg and Maple Sugar Bacon is totally satisfying.
These Dunkin fall offerings will be available starting on August 17. The leaves might not be changing color yet, but fall beverages are being poured. Ready for your first taste?
