Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey toasts to a sweet, indulgent sip
While there will always be a placed for a well-aged, robust whiskey, some drinkers prefer the sweeter side to life. Since 2015, Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey has satisfied flavor-whiskey lovers. The new Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey adds a toasted, buttery note to that sweet sip.
Some people are familiar with Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey. The Kentucky brand has transformed various chocolate forward flavors into an approachable whiskey. Whether enjoyed on the rocks, mixed into a cocktail or however a drinker pleases, the aged American whiskey is a contemporary take with a touch of sweetness in the glass.
With eight flavors in the line, the options sound like a dessert, not just a liquor. The flavors are Original Chocolate, Bourbon Ball, Caramel Turtle, Chocolate Mint, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Chocolate Mocha, Chocolate Cherry, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream.
Joining the line is Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey. Blended with the toasted barrel and a touch of whiskey spice, the notes of chocolate, caramelized brown sugar and butter brickle. It almost describes a cookie or blondie dessert.
Given the sweet notes, the whiskey works well in a variety of cocktails. From classic ones to a layered approach, these cocktails are a delightful introduction to the new flavored whiskey.
