2023 SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival features over 200 food and beverage items
As guests wait for their first wave on the upcoming Pipeline surf coaster, the 2023 SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival is kicking off the new year with a bount of food and beverage items. The global celebration of dishes is kicking off the multi-month celebration on February 3 and runs Thursdays through Sunday until May 7. Which food and beverage items will be a must enjoy?
While many people head to SeaWorld Orlando for the extreme thrills of its various roller coasters, the theme park chefs have been elevating their food and beverage offerings. As seen throughout the theme park industry, food and beverage offerings are integral to the guest experience. Long gone are the days of pizza, burgers, and hot dogs. Guests want bold flavors, creative offerings, and something that will leave a lasting impression long after they have left the theme park.
How will 2023 SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival impress guests?
Similar to previous offerings, the 2023 SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival will feature a wide array of globally inspired menu items. From a taste of the Caribbean to Irish favorites, the menu has a tremendous amount of depth. Luckily, the festival runs through May 7, which allows guests to visit, and visit often, to enjoy the over 200 food and beverage items.
While there are several returning favorite menu items, the new offerings are bringing bold flavors to the table. Options like the 12-hour slow cooked Ropa Vieja served on smashed plantains is a must. Another robust menu item is the Pork Belly Feijoada, which highlights Brazilian flavors. For a more well-known dishes, SeaWorld is offering a Classic Reuben and Italian Beef Arancini.
Since many people enjoy a sweet treat at a theme park, the 2023 SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival has several desserts that will fill people’s social media feeds. Do not miss the Jameson Bread Pudding. That Irish twist on a classic dessert is an idea that many people will try to recreate at home.
Although there are many tempting food menu items, the beverage offerings will keep many guests from being thirsty. New this year is the Caribbean Moonshine Tasting Booth. Featuring five different moonshine offerings, these cocktails are fairly approachable. At 80% proof, a sip or two should not put your mouth on fire.
In addition, there are several other new beverage offerings that capture current trends. From an Aperol Spritz to Irish Cold brew Latte or even a Southern Peach, the cocktails are a delightful way to drink around the world.
The 2023 SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival is included with theme park admission, but food and beverage purchases are separate. For the event, SeaWorld will be offering Seven Seas Food Festival Tasting Lanyard either with 10 or 15 tastings. Passholders do have discounts available.
