McDonald’s celebrity meals have been big business for the Golden Arches. While those specialty orders can satisfy a hunger for a super fan, there is another order that usually is on top of the order list. With the first-ever celebrity duo meal, the Cardi B and Offset Meal, McDonald’s puts relationships to the test. Do you really know your special someone’s go-to McDonald’s meal?

Revealed right before Valentine’s Day, the first-ever celebrity duo meal, the Cardi B and Offset Meal, was included in a McDonald’s commercial that brings together couples with a simple premise. Do you really love and know someone if you do not know their go-to McDonald’s order?

Think about the premises, you’re grabbing dinner on the way home from work. Do you have to call your man to know that he wants a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and a Diet Coke? Or, do you just order and hand it to him when you arrive home.

Check out the McDonald’s commercial.

What is the Cardi B and Offset Meal, the first-ever celebrity duo meal?

Starting on February 14, the Cardi B and Offset Meal represents what the couple orders when they head to McDonald’s. While each has their preferred meal, there is a side and dessert to share. But, it is best not to fight over who gets the last fry.

The meal includes:

  • Cardi B’s classic McDonald’s Cheeseburger, paired with tangy BBQ sauce and a Large Coca-Cola;
  • Offset’s Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Large Hi-C Orange Lavaburst;
  • And to share… a Large order of World Famous Fries and a hot, flakey Apple Pie.

As Cardi B said, “Whether it’s going for a date night or grabbing a bite after late-night studio sessions… I’m always asking Offset to take me to McDonald’s. And now, Offset and I have a meal named after us! I want all my fans to try it – especially with that BBQ sauce.”

Launching this meal on Valentine’s Day shows that sometime celebrating that special moment does not have to be an over the top scene worthy of the big romantic movie. Sometimes it is spending time with each other, knowing the other’s likes, and just making a gesture that allows the other person to know that they are special.

For those who want to order the Cardi B and Offset Meal, it is available at participating McDonald’s restaurants starting on February 14. And, for anyone who wants to make their own duo meal, why not make a particular name for that order and serve it to that special someone. It could be that connection which lasts far longer than the fries on the plate.
