With the addition of the Time Token, the advantage could cause a big swing in momentum. While some chefs have impressed week after week, anyone can have a bad day in the kitchen. In Next Level Chef Season 2 episode 11, one favorite chef might have been thrown off her game and the result might make her dreams go up in flames.

According to FOX, Next Level Chef Season 2 episode 11, “Fry Me A River” features the following:

"The remaining chefs must elevate their dish by frying their entree; a process that proves difficult to many. No fast food allowed here, but rather the chef’s must use the method of frying to take their dish to the next level. One chef faces the burden of the time token in the all-new “Fry Me A River” episode of Next Level Chef airing Thursday, April 20 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX."

Frying is a more difficult cooking technique than what it seems. Anyone who has had a greasy dish understands that poorly fried food is not appetizing.

In addition, frying is about controlling the temperature. Crowding the pan, overheating the oil, and a variety of other items can turn a great idea into a less than stellar dish. These chefs need to be on their execution with this challenge.

Getting a favorite off their game could be a big swing in the competition. As seen in this exclusive Next Level Chef Season 2 episode 11 clip, being frazzled can be a recipe for disaster.

Tucker has impressed tremendously in the past couple of challenges. Although she might not have had the top dish, she had secured her place in the top kitchen. Each challenge she has impressed with technique and flavor.

In this exclusive clip, Tucker is not on her game. When Pilar uses her Time Token advantage to sabotage Tucker, it was a smart competition move. Choosing a bone-in veal chop for a fry challenge was a poor choice. Even this experienced chef will have difficulty pulling off that execution.

As the competition nears its completion, there cannot be a bad day in the kitchen. Simply plated dishes, one note flavors, or just a poor platform grab could seal one chef’s fate. The contenders will find a way to overcome any obstacle because their will to win drives their success.

Could it be Tucker’s time to head to the basement or something far worse? Be sure to watch Next Level Chef on FOX, Thursday, April 20 at 8 p.m. and stream the next day on Hulu.
