The iconic Campbell’s soup can is more than just a pantry staple. While the image has been reproduced in many ways, cooks appreciate that one can holds almost limitless possibilities. With the addition of Campbell’s Condensed Gluten Free Soups, the recipe book is open to a wider audience.
Navigating the food world is not always an easy task. From food intolerances to flavor preferences, the list of “don’ts” is often longer than a Below Deck guest preference sheet. As a cook, it is imperative to have options that fit all the requirements.
With the recent addition of Campbell’s Condensed Gluten Free Soups, the iconic food brand gives home cooks more options. According to a recent brand survey, one in five Americans are choosing to avoid gluten. Given that the ingredient can be in many food choices, it is important for trusted brands to offer gluten free products.
Gary Mazur, Vice President of Marketing, Soup & Broth, Campbell Soup Company said, “Answering the question of ‘what’s for dinner’ can be challenging for those trying to avoid gluten. Through these new offerings, we’re excited to have our iconic soups help address dietary needs and create even more mealtime moments.”
The Campbell’s Condensed Gluten Free Soups are available in Gluten Free Cream of Chicken and Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom. These two flavors are two of the most popular option. Beyond being eaten as a soup, they are often used as a flavor enhancer in various recipes. From a classic casserole to a pot pie to even just a sauce base, there are a myriad of uses for these soups.
The new gluten free options will be rolling out onto store shelves soon. The suggested retail price is $1.99 a can. In addition, Campbell’s will be featuring gluten-free recipes on its socials.
