Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Mezcal UNIÓN Uno
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 of dashes celery bitter

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Double strain over a glass with ice. Celery microgreens and celery salt as a garnish.

Mezcal UNIÓN Hoja Santa

While fried green tomatoes might be a Southern staple, the flavor a green tomato is quite enjoyable. In this cocktail, the slightly tart green tomato juice combined with the tarragon and a slightly sweet wine is quite balanced.
