Whether it is a plate left for the jolly one or a sweet treat as a break from the hectic moments of the season, cookies are plentiful during the holidays. With the new Pepperidge Farm Holiday Nog, the flavor brings together two seasonal favorites, eggnog and cookies, in a single bite.
While milk and cookies might be a favorite, eggnog often becomes the seasonal beverage in that mug. Whether enjoyed on its own or a splash added to coffee, many people drink their fill before the New Year.
Given the beverage’s popularity, many brands look to bring that flavor into other food items. The bakery aisle infuses its treats with that creamy, sweet goodness. The new Pepperidge Farm Holiday Nog is a great example.
Speaking to this new food offering, Danielle Brown, Vice President of Cookies and Cracker Marketing, Campbell Snacks said, “Our limited-edition Pepperidge Farm Holiday Nog cookies are the latest addition to our delicious portfolio of seasonal favorites that consumers look forward to each year. When you open the bag, the delicious aroma immediately invites you to have a little taste and savor the holidays.”
The Pepperidge Farm Holiday Nog transforms the classic Chessmen cookie. Without losing the texture and buttery notes of the cookie, the eggnog flavor hits front and center. In addition, the cookies feature classic holiday shapes, like candy canes, pine trees, and wreaths.
These new cookies join other classic offerings from Pepperidge Farm, including Mint Brussels, Linzer, Snowball, and Milano Slices Peppermint. The holiday cookies will start arriving on store shelves in October and will be available for a limited time.
Another holiday snack is smiling back at those Pepperidge Farm Holiday Nog cookies
While cookies might fill the plate, the iconic Goldfish snacks are joining the holiday conversation. With a little help from Buddy the Elf, the new Goldfish Elf Maple Syrup Flavored Grahams are here for the holidays.
As Elf fans appreciate, maple syrup is one of the classic food groups. Even though it might not be necessary to add more syrup to these snacks, the burst of sweetness is perfect for the holiday season. With a touch of butter, the snack is more than just sweet. The combination of vanilla, caramel, and brown sugar will make this treat a must try.
In addition, the snacks have new shapes. In honor of Buddy, the bag is full of hats and even a maple syrup jug.
Thinking about these Goldfish Elf Maple Syrup Flavored Grahams, the snacks are delightful on their own but also used in other ways. For example, why not use them as a topping for a cupcake or even as a crunchy layer on top of a parfait.
The new Goldfish Elf Maple Syrup Flavored Grahams will be available starting November 1. Check with retailers for availability and pricing.
