Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 episode 11: Who burnt the gnocchi, exclusive clip
As the Red and Blue teams’ numbers decrease, the chefs either need to lead or get out of the way. On Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 episode 11, the gnocchi is not up to standards, but which chef dared to put the dish on the pass in front of Gordon Ramsay?
According to FOX, Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 episode 11, “A Hellish Food Fight,” features the following:
"The infamous blind food taste test returns with a new out-of-this-world challenge. During dinner service, problems with scallops and soufflés reveal the differences between leaders and losers. The pressure is on in the kitchen for dinner service as the chefs serve stars such as former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, actresses Rosanna Arquette and Emily Tosta, as well as actor Greg Germann in a charity night supporting The People Concern and Teen Cancer America in the all-new “A Hellish Food Fight” episode of Hell’s Kitchen airing Thursday, Dec. 14 (8:00 PM – 9:01 PM) on FOX."
Certain Hell’s Kitchen challenges are classics. The blind food taste is one of them. It is more than just food being dumped on heads for every incorrect response. It is a palate test. Some do well and others fail miserably.
While that test has everyone laughing at the hilarity of the moment, it is only one part of Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 episode 11. As seen in this exclusive clip provided to FoodSided, burnt gnocchi is not going to pass inspection at the pass.

A simple execution mistake should not be happening at this point in the Hell’s Kitchen competition. Serving burnt food is never permissible. How a group of talented chefs could miss this mistake is uncertain.
At the same time, the Blue Team does not like Jason. While his ego might be bigger than the building, his bold talk has not been backed up with his cooking. His mistakes have been many. In addition, he has not owned up to his errors. The combination does not make him a great member of the kitchen brigade. Could this moment finally be the occasion where Jason sees his picture go up in flames?
While gnocchi might not be the hardest item to execute in this challenge, dinner service could be an opportunity for one chef to rise above the noise. A perfectly executed souffle under pressure deserves a well-done from Gordon Ramsay. Which chef will get that attaboy?
Which chef’s American dream fall like a souffle taken out of the oven too soon? Be sure to watch Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 episode 11 on Thursday, December 14 at 8 p.m. ET or stream the next day on Hulu.
