Certain Hell’s Kitchen challenges are classics. The blind food taste is one of them. It is more than just food being dumped on heads for every incorrect response. It is a palate test. Some do well and others fail miserably.

In addition, he has not owned up to his errors. The combination does not make him a great member of the kitchen brigade. While gnocchi might not be the hardest item to execute in this challenge, dinner service could be an opportunity for one chef to rise above the noise. A perfectly executed souffle under pressure deserves a well-done from Gordon Ramsay. Which chef will get that attaboy?
