Kicking off Good and Gather Collabs line, Chef Ann Kim has offered several pizzas and appetizers. Given that Kim’s restaurants Hello Pizza, Pizzeria Lola and Young Joni, are known for some of these items, the food offerings are smart. Given Chef’s infamous Pickle Pie, people are expecting some tasty pizzas.
The pizza items include: Four Cheese with Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce Woodfired Pizza, Spicy Sausage and Sweet Pepper Woodfired Pizza, Tavern-Style Uncured Pepperoni & Jalapeño Woodfired Pizza, and Pickle Pie Woodfired Pizza. All the pizzas are priced at $7.99.
While many people will run to get a slice of the Pickle Pie, the Four Cheese with Sweet and Spicy Chili is a must try. For anyone who uses chili crisp instead of hot honey on a pizza, it is a must try. That swicy heat with the cheese will change people’s mind about their favorite drizzle.
Overall, the pizzas present good value with the creative flavors. It is impossible to get a pizza for under $10 at a restaurant. These offering have that quality flavor with a side of value,
Additionally, there are three appetizers in the line. They are Korean-Inspired Bulgogi Meatballs, Korean-Inspired Corn Cheese Bites, and Korean-Inspired Kimchi Dumplings.
The Korean-Inspired Bulgogi Meatballs will surely be a hit. While this version is served with rice, a noodle works, too. It is another example how various cultures have similar dishes. The spices vary, but the concept is universal.
Target mentioned that the Good and Gather Collabs line will continue to have partnerships. Given the potential success of this launch, many chefs would be wanting to partner with Target. The scenario is a win for all those involved.
