Burger King and Hidden Valley Ranch offer the ultimate big dip cup
A boring, bland, or even dry burger is never acceptable. When guests want it their way, Burger King and Hidden Valley Ranch are delivering the ultimate burger big dip. Give that bite a condiment upgrade with a ranch dipped sandwich.
When building the perfect burger or sandwich, condiments can make or break the perfect bite. It is more than just a balance of flavor that leads to eating satisfaction. When that sauce seeps into the bun, it can create a soggy mess. No one wants the bun to fall apart after a single bite.
Ranch has become a popular condiment for burgers. While ketchup and mustard will always be a staple, the tangy, creamy sauce adds a herbal flavor or can tame other spicy ingredients. If people love ranch on chicken, crudité and pizza, it makes sense that they would want it on their burgers.
Recently, Burger King added Hidden Valley Ranch to its menu. To celebrate the food addition, the quick service restaurant will offer the Big Dip cup at selection locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Houston and San Francisco. Participating locations can be found on BK.com.
Speaking about this promotion, Pat O’Toole, Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King North America said, “Once we introduced Hidden Valley Ranch to Burger King restaurants nationwide, we knew we wanted to celebrate the partnership in a big way. We know our Guests love dipping everything in ranch – even their sandwiches – so we’re excited to deliver a Hidden Valley Ranch dip cup big enough for all of their dipping and dunking needs.”
The Big Dip cup allows a guest to dip that whole burger in the creamy HVR goodness. While it might be best to use two hands, the eight-ounce cup ensures that every bite has that tangy sauce. From the first dunk to the last piece, every last dollop will be enjoyed.
While the Big Dip cup is available in select cities, Hidden Valley Ranch is selling some of these specialty items on its website. Starting on October 16 at 11 a.m. ET, the larger cups will be available for $1. The limited supply will be offered once a day through October 18.
Although the larger size HVR offering is available for a limited time, the iconic ranch brand will remain on the Burger King menu. Everyone can always have ranch their way at BK.
