Cava Grill, or CAVA as it is more commonly known, the Mediterranean fast casual hotspot, is offering a special offer for fans this Friday for the summer solstice and the official beginning of summer!

CAVA Rewards members will be able to get an order of free pita chips in the Classic flavor or the new Hot Harissa. This is a one-day-only offer, meaning you can only take advantage of it on Friday, June 20.
CAVA's pita chips are a delicious and simple addition to any meal and they go great with all of the fast-casual restaurant's many dipping sauces and dressing. Baked in-house, the pita chips are vegan and vegetarian. The Hot Harissa flavor comes with a coating of bold spices, including paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, sun-dried tomato powder, cayenne, and ground cumin.
I eat at CAVA pretty frequently and have found the loyalty program to be a nice addition, points can add up quick. For every $1 you spend, you can earn 10 points to go toward food-based rewards. Sometimes there are additional challenges you can complete for perks and extra points! CAVA also provides loyalty members with birthday rewards and other gifts. All you need to do is sign-up via the CAVA app, cava.com, or cava.catering.com.
The website also contains a handy chart to explain how the points work with 400 pts equaling a drink, 500 pts netting pita chips, and 1800 pts being needed for a bowl or pita, plus they offer seasonal items and rewards!
The summer solstice is a fun and festive day that comes each year, so several other fast food chains and companies are getting in on the solstice spirit.
