Just a few years ago no one would have guessed that rockets would blast off on an almost daily basis. Although commercial space flight might not necessarily be open to that personal ticket yet, the engineers, scientists, and personnel who bring the cosmos to Earth inspire people to travel beyond the Earth’s atmosphere.

Duff Goldman is one of those space enthusiasts. A long time supporter of the Kennedy Space Center’s events, the celebrated chef is bringing his food vision to the guest experience. After strolling the rocket garden, guests can sit down, eat, and discuss the future of space travel.
