This upcoming season will see everything from egregious kitchen condition and health code violations to menu errors and staffing issues. While Ramsay has high standards, he does appreciate that running a successful restaurant is not easy. It takes everyone working together to ensure the ultimate guest experience.

Of course, Ramsay and his team are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Cleaning kitchens and streamlining menus tend to be the easy part. Convincing the owners to keep the implemented changes is vital to finding that long-term success.
