With the LobsterFest 2025, Red Lobster is offering three different choices that have people talking. This year’s menu features 10 dishes. Items include Lobster Mac and Cheese, Garlic Butter-Poached Maine Lobster, and Lobster and Shrimp Linguini. All these items are served with hush puppies as well as the irresistible Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
New for LobsterFest 2025, the Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream allows guests to mix and match two-three premium lobster selections. It is basically a customized seafood feast.
This concept caters to the value proposition. Not only do guests feel like they have a say in what they order, but they are more willing to come back during the promotional period. Customization paired with savings will always win with guests.
Lastly, Red Lobster partnered with NBA All-Star Blake Griffin. His specialty meal features: Lobster Lover’s Dream Blake Griffin’s Way with Rock Lobster Tail, Garlic Butter Poached Maine Lobster, and Lobster Mac and Cheese is a flavor slam dunk. Whether the dish is order because of the NBA connection or the food combination, it is a winner all around.
