Food festivals are big business. Over a few short days, guests can sample culinary innovations, interact with chefs, and celebrate a community focused on delicious food and beverages. As Los Angeles Wine and Food Festival prepares for its Fall 2025 event, the new co-host sets the multi-day event up for an innovative and flavorful experience.

From South Beach Wine and Food Festival to annual theme park events, these special gatherings are more than just a chance to enjoy the hottest food trend, meet a famous chef, or enjoy a flavorful experience. These events create a sense of community.

Of course, it is an opportunity for chefs to reconnect with old friends. More importantly, guests get to make connections, too. From the conversations waiting in line to get a sample to the laughter shared at the table, these moments flavor every food bite and have guests hungry for more.

After a brief hiatus, Los Angles Wine and Food Festival, produced by a21, returns for Fall 2025. While the exact dates, events, and more will be revealed soon, the announcement of Tastemade as a co-host is significant.

Speaking about Tastemade’s involvement, Larry Fitzgibbon, Co-Founder & CEO, Tastemade said,“Tastemade has been rooted in Los Angeles since our inception. From our headquarters in Santa Monica to our strong ties to the local food community, this is a natural partnership and an exciting new venture for us. We look forward to partnering with the a21 team, with a track record of creating world class food experiences across the globe, to build an unforgettable event where food and wine lovers from LA and beyond can break bread together.”

That popular online platform and steaming service blends entrainment, education, and enthusiasm for food. It is more than Tastemakers sharing culinary point of view. The various programs celebrate people’s connections with food. From discovering hidden gems to teaching cooks to stretch their food budget, the vast and varied programming ensures all voices are celebrated.

Although complete details regarding this festival and Tastemade’s roll are not currently available, it seems likely that popular chefs from the platform will be featured. A live version of Frankie Celenza’s Struggle Meals or Worth the Hype would engage an audience. Even a fun take on a ranking list with audience participation would make for a great event.

While Food Network sponsors several events and Netflix opened its own restaurant, Tastemade will benefit from this exposure. For people who want to better appreciate the platform that puts food first, this event will be key.

More information about Los Angeles Wine and Food Festival can be found online. It will be held at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
