While many people thirst for that Slurpee or grab a Big Gulp to keep hydrated during a long day, the new 7-Eleven flavored cold brew beverages are a reason to grab another cup. Great coffee flavor does not have to come with an exorbitant cost.

Even though many people run to 7-Eleven for convenience, the brand wants to be more than just a quick pit stop. Value is driving consumers’ purchases. When a company can offer food and beverages that deliver on flavor yet keep costs in check, people can be more willing to make that purchase.

Over the past several years, coffee is more than just the beverage to bring a boost to the morning. From the mid-afternoon break to the sip to end the day, the reality is that people crave the flavor, not just the caffeine. The rise of cold brew coffees and flavored lattes play into that beverage trend.

As Dennis Phelps, Senior Vice President, Merchandising said, "With our newest cold brew flavor innovation, we're giving coffee lovers a deliciously innovative range of options to elevate their morning ritual or midday pick-me-up. At 7-Eleven, we are constantly exploring new ways to delight our customers and enhance their beverage experience."

Available at 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes, there are a plethora of new beverage options to delight guests. Specifically, the cold brew beverage choices include Mocha Cold Brew Latte, French Vanilla Cold Brew Latte and Caramel Cream Cold Brew.

It is interesting that two of the three options are lattes. Even though cold brew coffee can be smooth and not need a lot of extra ingredients, some people appreciate that splash of sweetness.

In addition to the cold brew offerings, 7-Eleven is adding more lattes, including Salted Caramel Latte, Pecan Pie Latte, and Macadamia Nut Latte. Looking at the options, it seems that the company is turning coffee into a treat. The beverages sound more like dessert options. Maybe these choices could give some of those coffee blended beverages a run for their money.

These beverages and many others are available in stores now. Check with each location for pricing and availability.
