Starting July 1, Arby’s Potato Cakes are back. This food item will be available for a limited time. Some people might have hoped that it would be a permanent menu addition.
For those who do not remember the side dish, Potato Cakes are triangle shaped shredded potato, which has been fried. It is almost like a hashbrown but a little different.
