While everyone knows that the chicken wings are king at America’s favorite sports bar, bacon is getting prime billing on its new food offerings. Bringing together big, bold flavors, the Buffalo Wild Wings Ultimate Bacon Menu has people running to get a prime table.
Even though BWW has a plethora of sauces and rubs for its iconic chicken wings, people appreciate other food options, too. Sometimes it is time to put down the napkin and pick up the fork. With the new bacon menu, there are both wings and handhelds.

Available on the Ultimate Bacon Menu are: Buffalo Bacon Sauce, Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger, Bacon Patty Melt and BLT Sandwich. As the names suggest, these items are all about that unctuous flavor in every bite.
The star of the new offerings is definitely the Buffalo Bacon Sauce. While there are plenty of variations on Buffalo Sauce, the smoky note from the bacon adds a new twist. It does not temper the spice but it adds a secondary note that makes it easy to go back bite after bite.
In addition to slathering chicken wings with this sauce, it can be added to burgers and sandwiches. Hopefully, it can be ordered just as a side with some cheese curds or fries. That flavor combination would be bacon-tastic.
Since bacon goes with everything, the other two items will surely get a big response. The Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger might be the franken food of the fall. While everyone sees the heaping amount of macaroni and the thick-cut bacon, it is the total flavor combination that makes this menu item a hit.
Combined with all the burgers, bacon, cheese, and pasta is pickled hot peppers and Hatch chili aioli. The acid from the peppers helps to cut through the richness of the dish. Combined with that spicy note, it hits all the flavor components.
