KFC kicks off its saucy summer with a new saucy nuggets flavor

The summer heat might be sweltering but KFC Saucy Nuggets are bringing a sweet, smoky flavor to the table. Everyone is buzzing about the new KFC Honey BBQ Saucy Nuggets.

Earlier this year, KFC launched Saucy Nuggets. Before all the quick service restaurants were passing out the napkins for the saucy chicken dishes, the Colonel took the lead. Given that the iconic chicken brand understands what it means to be finger licking good, they were unafraid to go saucy, first.

KFC guests have loved our Saucy Nuggets and we’re excited to continue to introduce new flavors into the mix. Our Saucy Nuggets are made the KFC way – starting with our 100% white meat chicken nuggets, hand-breaded by our cooks with our distinctive Original Recipe of 11 herbs and spices and sauced to perfection."

Although swicy is still basking in its food trend, the sweeter BBQ flavors are always popular during the summer. Whether it is a classic, nostalgic, or just people wanting a taste of familiar, it makes sense that KFC would add Honey BBQ to its menu.
