Ingredients:

2 Lipton green tea teabags

1 cup boiling water 

½ cup sparkling water

1 wedge grapefruit

2 sprigs rosemary 

1.5 ounces of tequila

6 ice cubes

Method:

Brew a cup of tea with 2 bags. Remove tea bags and cool down to room temp.

Boil grapefruit juice with honey and 1 sprig of rosemary. Reduce until 1/3 is left. Cool in the fridge.

Prep your glass: add ice, sprig of rosemary and grapefruit wedge.

Pour in half the grapefruit syrup, tequila, the infused tea and top up with sparkling water.
