Wendy’s Triple Berry Frosty brings vibrant color and flavor to summer treats

As the citrus flavors fade from the conversation, the Wendy’s Triple Berry Frosty is the vibrant menu edition that captures summer’s zeal. The combination of sweet and juicy has everyone placing another order.

The Wendy’s Frosty is the iconic menu item that is unlike any other quick service restaurant offering. When Dave Thomas made that signature frozen treat that was just between a soft serve and a milkshake, he ensured that Wendy’s would always move forward down its own path. Just like its square burgers that are unlike the competition, the fast food done right concept is rooted in the Wendy’s culture.

The new Wendy’s Triple Berry Frosty is another evolution in the frozen treat’s history. While the iconic chocolate always pairs well with those Hot and Crispy Fries, the newest flavor seems to continue that nostalgic slant that has influenced many recent menu additions.

Berry desserts are popular during the summer. From that classic cobbler to just a fruit salad, the seasonal, fresh fruits are juicy and delicious in their simple state. With the new Frosty flavor, the brand captures that berry forward  taste with an extra sweetness from the creamy base.

Available nationwide beginning next week for a limited time, Triple Berry Frosty is the juiciest flavor to join Wendy’s iconic Frosty lineup yet. Triple Berry Frosty combines three of the freshest fruit flavors of the season – strawberry, blackberry and raspberry – into one sweet summer treat. A Frosty that’s just as bright in color as it is in berry flavor, Triple Berry Frosty is the sweet treat of the summer."

While many people will enjoy one after eating a Baconator or even some Saucy Nuggs, the reality is that this Frosty could be the dessert hack for that summer party. Everyone loves a scoop of ice cream or dollop of whipped cream on a pie or cobbler. Why not use Wendy’s Frosty instead of just plain vanilla?

Given that Wendy’s continues to rollout new Frosty flavors throughout the year, it seems likely that more or returning flavors will hit menus till the end of 2025. Whether it is pumpkin spice, the always popular peppermint, or maybe a new flavor remains to be seen. Many people are still hoping for a coffee Frosty to hit the menu. If that option is not possible, a salted caramel Frosty for fall might be better than pumpkin spice.
