For those lucky enough to get a table to experience the WheelVeeta, the dish will start with al dente Velveeta shells. Then, that pasta will be tossed in the cheesy wheel so that every crevice can absorb all that cheese. The dish can be finished with lobster, black truffle, and shallots.
The specialty WheelVeeta dining experience will be available at Bounce Sporting Club in Montauk, New York, and Delray, Florida Reservations will be available via OpenTable.com for the Delray location and via Resy.com for the Montauk restaurant. It will be available from August 8 till August 15. Reservations may be limited.
