While everyone might gush over the beautifully decorated tree, the food gets people focusing on the table. For the person who prefers to serve versus cook, ready-to-heat holiday dinners are the perfect solution.

The holiday season is hectic, or even overwhelming. While the idea of having a big gathering can be heartwarming, the to-do list for the host can be a huge task. Instead bringing the joy, there can be sense of dread.

Instead adding the food shopping and cooking to the chore list, ready-to-heat holiday dinners can be a simple solution. In addition to some grocery stores offering these options, many restaurants, both local and national, have special holiday food deals that are totally worth the money spent.

Cracker Barrel has several heat and serve options for the holidays. The dinners include a Prime Rib Heat n’ Serve and Holiday Ham Heat n’ Serve. In just a few hours, the dinner is hot, ready, and on the table. Plus, there are no pans to wash.

The Prime Rib dinner has all the traditional food items. In addition to the beef, there are mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, and sweet yeast rolls. For the beef lover, it is quite a feast. The price is $139.99.

The Holiday Ham dinner comes in two options. The dinner feeds four to six people while the feast serves up to 10. Both options include a whole sugar-cured ham, cornbread dressing, and macaroni and cheese. The feast includes additional sides as well as an apple streusel and pecan pie. The prices are $114.99 and $169.99.

Denny’s is serving a holiday meal, too. The Denny’s Holiday Turkey and Dressing Dinner Bundle is back. Portioned to serve up to four guests, the meal includes turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and choice of sides. Pies can be purchased separately.

These two ready-to-heat holiday dinners are just a small taste of the many options from restaurants. A fabulous meal that does not require the whole day in the kitchen is a possibility. It is just an order away.
