Additionally, guests can scan a special QR code where Horse Shoulder Whiskey will match the tip as a donation to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation. The donation will be up to $100,000.
For people unfamiliar with Horse Shoulder Bourbon Whiskey, it is part of American Freedom Distillery. Founded by former military, the name references the “horse soldiers,” an elite group of Green Berets who rode into Afghanistan following 9/11. A monument to those brave soldiers stands at Ground Zero in New York City.

0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon
Large ice cube
1 Orange Peel + Luxardo Cherry
