This new crust is a bold spin on two iconic bar foods–pizza and fries–fueled by what we’re hearing from fans and what’s trending in culture. It’s unexpected and unmistakably Tombstone.”

The new Tombstone offering is available in two flavors: French Fry Style Crust Pizza – Loaded Bacon Cheddar and French Fry Style Crust Pizza–Chili Cheese. As Klein noted, these items are meant to capture that bar-snack feel. Whether cut in squares or eaten as a traditional slice, the crisp texture and easy eating makes it a fun food.

Looking at the two flavors, the Loaded Bacon Cheddar seems to be the most obvious transformation of an appetizer into the pizza. The combination of mozzarella, cheddar, and cheddar cheese sauce make it super cheesy. Although it is not that epic cheese pull moment, it does capture the gooey factor.

The pork belly and bacon blend make this flavor feel a touch elevated. Instead of the old school bacon bits, this combination feels new and fresh. The dish needs the salty pork topping to balance all the cheese.

The other flavor, Chili Cheese, is an easy way to eat loaded fries. With your eyes closed, it captures that first bite of the perfect fry covered in chili cheese beef. The best part is that this pizza does not require a fork.
