Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 10 returns after the holiday break. In this week’s episode, poor Trev might not be the only person feeling poorly.

Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 10 has the chefs back in the kitchen. While Las Vegas fun might be a distant memory, the chefs need to step up their cooking game for some important diners. Which team will find a way of working together to succeed?

According to FOX, Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 10, “Poor Trev” synopsis states:

"The dining room gets and Italian transformation for the blind taste test, the two teams cook to honor supporters of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Waterkeeper Alliance, with a new five course Italian menu."

An Italian inspired meal should give an advantage to the red team. With Bret’s knowledge of Italian cuisine, the men’s team should be able to knock this dinner service out of the park. Knowing the chaos of Hell’s Kitchen, nothing is ever easy.

FOX has provided this exclusive preview clip from Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 10. Based on the preview clip, poor Trev isn’t the only person who could be feeling poorly after this week’s dinner service.

A couple items are quite curious about this clip. First, Trev is the first person to deflect blame on the under-cooked lamb. His commentary quickly throws Jose under the bus. Whether this information is valid or just deflection remains to be seen.

Also, it is unusual for two chefs to be on one station or dish. Why are both Jose and Trev on the veal dish? Shouldn’t one chef be taking the lead on this dish? Did someone drop the ball?

Looking at the numerous veal plates coming back, this mistake was huge. It is doubtful that the men’s team will be able to recover from this monumental mistake. It seems highly likely that at least one men’s team member will be going home.

Even though Trev finally got his wish for Scotley to be eliminated in the previous episode, Trev hasn’t really stepped up to the line in the kitchen. He has made many mistakes that a seasoned chef shouldn’t make. Everyone can talk about the pressures of Hell’s Kitchen, but the reality is clear. Trev hasn’t been pulling his weight.

Seeing Jose make such a novice mistake on veal is surprising. After an initial hiccup or two, Jose has been on point throughout the season. Although not being extremely vocal in the kitchen, he has quietly advanced week after week. Sometimes being a little under the radar can be a good thing.

Since there isn’t a lot of focus on the women’s team, it can be assumed that they are safe this week. Given the extreme veal mistake in this preview clip, the women could be breathing a sigh of relief.
