BACARDÍ and HAVANA CLUB add a little flare to Game of Thrones cocktails

Prepare the Game of Thrones cocktails! BACARDÍ and HAVANA CLUB have found a creative twist to celebrate the highly anticipated television premiere.

Get the cocktail shaker ready. BACARDÍ and HAVANA CLUB have asked two of their expert mixologists to create the perfect homage to the highly anticipated Game of Thrones premiere. As everyone prepares their watching parties, these two rum cocktails could make the pain from not finding that special cookie, can of soda or just knowing the show is ending a little less overwhelming.

These two rum based cocktails show the versatility of the spirit. While many people think of rum paired with tropical vibes, the aged BACARDÍ rums have the depth of flavor that are definitely worthy of the Iron Throne.

Since not everyone will be able to hope onto a plane to either New York City or Miami, BACARDÍ and HAVANA CLUB have graciously shared these two mixologists odes to the return of A Song of Fire & Ice. While these two cocktails have some impressive elements, the home mixologist can successful shake one up.

Here are the two Game of Thrones inspired cocktails.

LANNISTER

This cocktail’s name says it all. The combination of bright, sweet raspberries and rich, luscious chocolate create the perfect dichotomy in this striking cocktail. Plus, the color is the perfect reflection of the house.

WILDFIRE at BLACKWATER BAY

Battle of the Blackwater was one of the largest battles in the war of the five kings. For this cocktail, Giovanny Gutierrez, HAVANA CLUB Rum Ambassador, looked to spark a little fire in this inspired cocktail. He said, “this flavorful concoction, made with HAVANA CLUB Añejo Clásico will get you ready for season eight, just like Tyrion readied the fleet with his iconic speech at Blackwater.”
