Celebrate National Churro Day by trying all of these churro treats at the Disney Parks

June 6 is National Churro Day and theres no better place to celebrate than the Disney theme parks! We’ve rounded up our top five churro treats you must try.

When it comes to churros there’s no better place to find the sugary sweet treats than Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Both of these places have been selling churros for years, and there are even some new churro creations that are worth every single calorie!

We’re sharing our top five churro treats at the Disney Parks, and let us be the first to say they will not disappoint.

Classic Churro

Both Walt Disney World and Disneyland sell classic churros throughout their parks. These sticks of deliciousness are fried to a golden brown then rolled in cinnamon sugar.

We love grabbing one in the middle of the day when our energy seems to be going low and we need a little boost to get us through the next few hours. Grab these at churro carts around each park for around $5.

Churro Ice Cream Sandwich

Available at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, the churro ice cream sandwich is one of the best treats to get on a hot summer day in Florida. The snack brings together two churros that have been rolled to look like a flat cinnamon roll, then in between is vanilla ice cream!

This treat does get a little messy but it’s so worth it. You can grab it at Sleepy Hollow for $7.

Churro Choco Taco CrazyShake

If you’re near the Disneyland Resort you’re going to want to head over to Black Tap at the Downtown Disney District to get the Churro Choco Taco CrazyShake. This massive milk shake is made with a vanilla frosting and Cinnamon Toast Crunch rim, topped with two churros, a Choco Taco ice cream, whipped cream, and a dulce de leche drizzle! Talk about the ultimate sugar rush for $15.

Lightsaber Churro

Available around May 4th at Disneyland, and currently as part of the Hollywood Studios 30th Anniversary celebration the lightsaber churro is a fan-favorite that’s elusive and delicious. The standard churros are rolled in red or blue sugar then put into a “hilt” holder so it looks like a lightsaber. You can get the lightsaber churros for $5.

Caliente Churro

SEÑOR BUZZ CHURROS IN PIXAR PIER (ANAHEIM, Calif.) – In Pixar Pier, guests will find Señor Buzz Churros. This new location serves a new twist on the fan favorite Disneyland Resort treat, including the Caliente Churro.(Disneyland Resort)

Disney California Adventure is selling the Caliente Churro at Señor Buzz Churros on Pixar Pier. The red spicy churros are a unique treat that bring a new twist to a classic park item. The churros are spicy without being over the top. The flavor is similar to Red Hots candy. You can get these churros for $5.
