As the countdown begins to the annual Epcot Food and Wine Festival, Disney announced some new food and beverage offerings that are quite tempting.

Every year the annual Epcot Food and Wine Festival is a must for any foodie. While food and Disney Parks always go hand in hand, the annual food festival celebrates food favorites, food innovation and a little Disney magic. This year’s newest offerings definitely continue that mindset.

In a recent Disney Parks Blog post, the four new offerings were shared. From new marketplaces to a tailgating experience, these food options follow popular food trends. Are you starting to get hungry?

Here are the four new Epcot Food and Wine experiences that will be on your must try list.

Emile’s Fromage Montage

Do you remember the Cookie Stroll from last year’s Festival of the Holidays? The Emile’s Fromage Montage is similar, but with cheese. Throughout the Global Marketplaces, there will be various cheese dishes. When guests sample five different cheeses (and get a stamp), they will receive a complimentary specialty cheesecake.

This idea is a wonderful way to explore a variety of different foods. Since people would probably want to sample these dishes anyhow, it is an added bonus to get a free cheesecake. Plus, who doesn’t want to get the “special” food that will surely become an Instagram must.

Appleseed Orchard Marketplace

Cider has become almost as popular as beer. At this new marketplace, the menu will feature cider, craft beers, wines and lite bites. While apples inspire many of the menu items, it sounds like this marketplace is like a little pub, Plus, with the O’ Canada theater transforming into a festival destination, it gives guests a place to cool off and recharge.

The Alps Marketplace

A new experience to this year’s Epcot Food and Wine Festival, this marketplace looks to offer one of those cheese dishes. The Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Baby Potatoes, Cornichons and Baguette will be a must try. While the menu will have other items as well, this dish will probably be the most popular. Let’s hope for some cool weather to enjoy this Alps inspired dish.

Tailgate Tasting hosted by ESPN’s Monday Night Football

With tailgating becoming a huge foodies experience, this special event is part tasting and part learning. On select Sunday nights, the 45-minute program pairs food and beverages with inspired by that week’s Monday night football line-up. In addition to tasting the food, guests will learn how to make the dishes. Better get your reservations early before this event sells out.

The annual Epcot Food and Wine Festival begins on August 29 and runs through November 23. It is the longest duration for the annual food festival.
