From the locals, he learns how to hunt deer with a bow, produce Hawaiian taro and spearfish with legendary free diver Kimi Werner. Gordon tests his knowledge at a feast with top Hawaiian chef Sheldon Simeon."
First, many foodies will recognize Sheldon Simeon. The former Top Chef contestant and fan favorite impressed many people with this ability to influence his Hawaiian background in all type of dishes. In this episode, Sheldon encourages Gordon to add a piece of his own heritage into the final feast.
