Rachael Ray opens her first restaurant thanks to Uber Eats

Have you ever wished that Rachael Ray had her own restaurant? Thanks to Uber Eats, some of Ray’s best meals can be delivered to your table.

Many people have learned to cook watching Rachael Ray. From her 30 Minute Meals to her daytime talk show, the culinary personality changed the way many people looked at cooking. From terms like EVOO to ingenious kitchen hacks, Ray has had a huge impact on the culinary landscape.

While many people have tasted Ray’s delicious delicious dishes as food festivals and special events, she has never had her own restaurant. Additionally, people have cooked alongside her with her show and cookbooks. Now, thanks to Uber Eats, some of her tastiest dishes will be delivered to your door.

From October 17 through December 17, Uber Eats will offer a limited-edition virtual restaurant. The virtual restaurant will be available in “New York City, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Chattanooga and Toronto.”

This virtual restaurant will feature select recipes from her newest cookbook, Rachael Ray 50: Memories and Meals from a Sweet and Savory Life as well as some of her all-time favorites. The recipes vary including Tahini Caesar Salad with Za’atar Croutons, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Bolognese with Egg Tagliatelle and Jalapeno Popper Grits.

The menu was curated by both Ray and the Uber Eats team. All the recipes will be prepared just like Ray would make them, just in the comfort of your own home.

These recipes show the evolution of eating today. From classic dishes to globally influenced flavors, Ray’s dishes show that delicious food blends familiar with new. Just like her straightforward cooking techniques, these dishes are a great way to explore food.

To try some of these special Ray’s dishes from Uber Eats, the app will feature a special banner. Additionally, 250 lucky customers in “each city will also receive a copy of Rachael Ray 50 with their order.”
