It might be Grinchmas at Universal Orlando Resort, but Green Eggs and Ham Café offers the tastiest treats this December. Yes, you can eat Who Hash in a can.

To fans delight, Green Eggs and Ham Café is open at Universal Orlando Resort. Instead of indulging in that gigantic cotton candy, these Seuss-inspired dishes will have you saying of yes you can eat all the food in Seuss Land.

Stepping into the holiday wonderland of Universal Orlando Resort feels magically and whimsical. While Seuss Landing is all decorated for the season and the Grinch shares his iconic story in Grinchmas, there is another holiday present in the Universal Islands of Adventure theme park.

For December, Green Eggs and Ham Café is serving some delicious bites that will have many people making a special trip. Don’t tell the Wizarding World, but you might skip an extra Butterbeer to try one of these dishes.

The Who-licious menu has a slight theme beyond the Seuss-references. Tater tots have taken over this menu. There is something about tater tots that just are fun and brings out the kid in everyone.

Additionally, those tater tots can take on all different types of flavors. From breakfast to dinner, there was a reason why tater tots should always in the house.

On the Green Eggs and Ham Café menu, there is, of course, a Green Eggs & Ham Tater Tots. The herbed green eggs (a really smart choice) is combined with ham and white cheddar. The tater tots are topped with that combination.

This dish works as an all-day menu item. While there is a nod to breakfast, it proves that eggs aren’t just for the morning. It could be the dish that you re-create at home for a long time after your visit is over.

Other tater tot menu items include a Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots and a Pizza Tater Tots. For Halloween Horror Night fans, the pizza version is somewhat similar to those iconic pizza fries.

Probably the best food visual of the menu is the Who Hash. While it is made with tater tots, serving this dish in the can is absolutely adorable. Even if people wouldn’t necessarily gravitate to the dish’s flavors, they might want to try it just because.

Who Hash is tater tots combined with corned beef, green peppers, onions and white cheddar. Although the corned beef might be an unusual choice, everyone should try this hash at least once. It will definitely surprise you.

If you haven’t gotten enough tot-tastic bites, Universal Orlando Annual Passholders have a special treat just for them. A secret menu item is available at the Green Eggs and Ham Café. When guests present their pass, they can order truffle parmesan tater tots.

This type of special UOAP secret menu is great for passholders. While there are passholder appreciation days, this type of limited time offering will have many people stop by just to try the special treat.

If you want to get a taste of Who Has and the other Seuss inspired treats, don’t wait too long. The Green Eggs and Ham Café isn’t always open. Just like the holidays, it could be gone before you know it.
