Miami is ready for Super Bowl LIV. The NFL Fan Experience, being held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, brings guess a taste of the 305 flavors.

As fans travel to Miami for Super Bowl LIV, the NFL Fan Experience is welcoming the legions of football fans who are ready to celebrate the 100th season of the NFL. Located at the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Centerplate team lead by Executive Chef Ismael Lasalle has created a menu that celebrates the vibrancy of Miami and the flavors of the 305.

This weekend is a huge one for the Centerplate team. As the hospitality partner of Hard Rock Stadium, all the chefs are prepared to show Miami’s culture and flavor. From classic Cuban-influenced dishes to honoring the teams vying for the NFL Champion title, anyone traveling to Miami better bring their appetite.

As seen throughout the NFL season, the food experiences are exciting football fans across the country. From special game day themed foods to highlighting the best local flavors, game day food is as exciting as the action on the gridiron.

For the NFL Fan Experience, five dishes should definitely be added to guests must eat list.

Cuban Sandwich

A visit to Miami requires eating at least one Cuban Sandwich. This version featured house roasted mojito seasoned pork, which offers a depth of flavor. Then, it is topped with smoked ham and Swiss cheese. With some pickles and mustard sauce, the layers of flavor come through in each and every bite.

Mojito Pork

If you prefer to sample that robust mojito pork on its own, this sandwich is a must try. Paired with a roasted garlic aioli and pickled onion, it is bursting with big flavors.

Medianoche

Translated from Spanish, medianoche means midnight, but this sandwich isn’t just a late night indulgence. Similar to a Cuban Sandwich, this menu item is served on sweet bread. That bread is definitely a treat.

Pan con Bistec

For the red meat fan, this pan seared thin sliced prime rib gets a boost from the roasted garlic aioli. Served with fried potato sticks, it is big bite.

Yuca Rellena

While a chili relleno might be well known, this Yuca Rellena takes a different twist. The potato or yuca is stuffed with beef and chorizo. Then it is deep fried and topped with a mojito cream sauce. It might become your new game day food.

Plus, the NFL Fan Experience is serving up a Key Lime Martini to pair with all those tasty dishes. The sweet/tart of the key lime will balance the bold flavors of all those dishes.

Lastly, guests should sample the team-themed donuts. While sales of the San Francisco and Kansas City donuts might not predict the NFL Champion, it could be a fun way to support the teams.

The NFL Fan Experience will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center from Wednesday, January 29 through Sunday, February 2, 2020.
