While the stunning topiaries impress, the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival food brings the celebration to the plate. Are you ready to taste these flavorful ingredients?

As the longest running Epcot festival, the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival food might be the most flavorful Disney menu that will impress even the biggest foods. While the plates entice with vibrant colors, the bright flavors make each and every dish even more memorable. Are you ready to dig in?

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is the perfect start to Spring at Walt Disney World. Even as Epcot continues its grand transformation for its upcoming anniversary, the annual festival brings the park alive. From the stunning character topiaries to the Garden Rocks concert series, the theme park is full of festivities.

For foodies, the outdoor kitchens are the big draw. While the annual Epcot Food and Wine festival presents sophisticated cuisine and the Epcot Festival of the Arts celebrates creativity, the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival food celebrates nature’s bounty. From the garden to the sea, these dishes prove that fresh ingredients bring big flavor.

With over 16 special outdoor kitchens and special food locations, there is a huge variety of options. Several returning favorites are back. From the Frushi in Japan to the Seared Scallops in Canada, the Epcot classics are always delicious.

This year, Epcot has added the Magnolia Terrace. Located in America, this new outdoor kitchen celebrates Gulf Cuisine. The Southern Seafood Boil is an absolute must try. Overflowing with shrimp, mussels, crawfish, andouille sausage, potatoes and corn, this dish is quite a feast.

Cooked in beer, the broth adds a depth of flavor to all the ingredients. While not served with a piece of white bread, you might want to find a way to soak up all that broth’s flavor.

Also, do not fear getting a little messy while eating this dish. You will want to pick up the shrimp by the tail when eating it. And, do not forget to suck the head of those crawfish. It is the most flavorful part.

Other dishes at Magnolia Terrace include boudin, done two ways, grilled oysters with cajun butter, pecan cake and pecan praline. Of course, the beverages represent the best of the Gulf coast, too. From Duck Rabbit to Wild Heaven Beer Session Citrus Lager, the beer flight is a must.

Since the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival food celebrates the bounty of the garden, the grilled baby vegetables with hummus cream and red pepper coulis is the perfect bite. Fresh off the grill, these vegetables show that quality ingredients shine on their own. With the touch of blooming citrus greens, this touch proves that a dish’s flavor builds through carefully chosen ingredients.

On a sweet note, the same can be said of the popiscle trio. These fruit forward frozen treats are bursting with flavor. From the compressed honeydew melon to the sugar mint garnish, these little touches make the fruit flavors shine.

The highlight of the trio is the coconut lime popsicle with passion fruit drizzle. Each bite reveals another layer of flavor. At first a touch sweet followed by refreshing brightness, it makes you wish that the frozen treat was a little larger.

These menu items are just a few of the numerous Epcot Flower and Garden Festival food choices. The outdoor kitchens are located throughout Epcot. In addition, there will Garden Graze, a food journey similar to the holiday cookie stroll and the colorful cuisine event.

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival runs from March 4, 2020 through June 1, 2020. The festival is included with theme park admission.
