2020 Graduates mark the celebratory occasion with tasty treats
Do you know some 2020 graduates? From Krispy Kreme to Sam’s Club, there are many tasty treats to celebrate their accomplishments.
While the commencement addresses might be virtual, the 2020 graduates deserve their moment to celebrate their accomplishments. Although the cap and gown might only be worn at home, these tasty bites can bring a little happiness to mark the occasion. Who is ready to enjoy some sweet treats?
The Class of 2020 will get some 2020 themed donuts to help celebrate their accomplishments. On May 19, any high school or college senior who wears their cap and gown, Class of 2020 shirt, or other graduate related item can receive a free “Graduate Dozen.” Yes, it is free dozen of donuts. These scholars better appreciate the free donuts before they disappear.
Additionally, guests can purchase the Graduate Dozen to celebrate, too. Available May 14 through May 24, the “2020” donuts include “Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled, Strawberry Iced Kreme Filled, Cake Battered Filled, Yellow Iced Original, Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles and Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles.” Just like all those classes required to graduate, the flavors are quite an assortment.
Even though those larger graduation parties might be tabled for now, the occasion needs to be celebrated. Sam’s Club has created some smaller scale graduation cakes and sweet treats. Even if it is just the family, these 10” inch cakes and mini tier cakes are a great idea.
Want a free Chipotle entrée? The first 5,000 guests who purchase a graduation-themed gift card can get a free entrée. Available May 21 through June 30, the coupon for a free entrée does require an entrée purchase. In a way, it is more of a BOGO deal. Still, you do not necessarily have to be a graduate to buy the gift card. Maybe graduating from distance learning needs to be celebrated, too.
While Jack in the Box has already held its virtual prom, this Jack in the Box free taco offer has students cheering, too. From May 20 through May 26, graduates can get two free taco via the mobile app.
While mom and dad might not be handing over a bouquet after the graduate crosses the stage, Edible Arrangements is giving away 2,020 free Celebration Dipped Fruit Delights. If you want the chance to win one, post a video using #EdibleMoments and share how you are making this momentous occasion.
These ideas are just a few of the many ways the 2020 graduates are celebrating. While many traditions have been shelved this year, the hard work, effort and determination can never be taken away from these students.
Here’s to the 2020 Graduates and may your resilience help you strive to achieve greatness.
