Tired of the same smoothie? Upgrading your morning smoothie is easy.

For many people a morning smoothie is part of their healthy eating routine. From a grab and go option to a nutrient packed smoothie bowl, the options are many. No matter the food and beverage option that you choose, there is limitless variety for that morning routine.

Many people might have mom’s words ringing in their ear. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. While some people might debate that food mantra, a tasty, nutrient packed breakfast is a great way to start the day. For many people, a smoothie or a smoothie bowl is that perfect choice.

Often, a smoothie is a way to get a bunch of fruit, vegetables and even protein in a sip. While some people might not want to grab a bowl of fruit, they are happy to take a sip or a gulp.

Recently, Naked Juice added some new grab and go smoothies to their varieties. For example, the Tropical Guava variety adds a big punch of flavor. While that tropical beach vacation might be on hold, this flavorful smoothie brings the beach to your morning routine.

Additionally, the brand added some plant-based smoothies to the line. Since plant-based food continues to be a food trend, these new options expand the customer base.

The new plant based smoothies are in very approachable flavors, like Peach Mango and Blueberry Banana. With broad appeal flavors, even just flexitarians will happily grab one of these new plant-based smoothies has they head out the door for the day. Given these flavors, it could be a fun way to jump on the plant based food trend.

Although grab and go smoothies offer convenience, smoothie bowls are a delicious way to start the day. While acai bowls have been everywhere, mango based smoothie bowls are a delicious way to upgrade that morning smoothie routine.

Mango is a superfood with more than 20 different vitamins and minerals. With just 70 calories per serving and a sweet flavor, mango should be part of your morning routine.
