According to the restaurant, the dough will substitute Mango White Claw for the filtered water. Otherwise, the other ingredients (“flour, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, salt, a pinch of sugar”) remains the same.

Thinking about this ingredient swap, the biggest difference should be in the texture. The carbonated White Claw should make the dough lighter, more airy. A carbonated beverage should have that effect.

While everyone has their own flavor preferences Blaze Pizza’s Executive Chef, Brad Kent, recommends the following toppings:

• Fresh Arugula (after baking)
