The ultimate taste of fall is here and Starbucks PSL fans answer the call.

Starbucks PSL fans have been waiting for the official announcement of the seasonal favorite beverage. While you cannot order one yet, you can get a taste of fall. Just make a call to embrace all that PSL greatness.

Sometimes that craving for a pumpkin spice latte is more than just a flavor craving. As studies have shown, the searches for pumpkin spice soared throughout 2020. While pumpkin spice might not be a spring flavor, people were searching for it. Maybe it had to do with all that quarantine baking.

Overall, pumpkin spice is a very comforting flavor. The warm spices feel like a big, cozy hug. Even if it is 100 degrees outside, those flavors are just familiar, soothing, craveable.

Looking at various brands, the pumpkin spice latte has hit shelves already. From lattes to baking to everything in between, pumpkin has taken over the shelves.

Although Business Insider has predicted that the Starbucks PSL will debut on August 25, Starbucks has yet to confirm. At the same time, Starbucks is giving its fans a taste of fall with a special promotion.

Announced on social media, fans are encouraged to call 1-833-GET-FAll. This PSL hotline gives callers a variety of fall-centric experiences. From “Cozy Up with Your Cup” to a “Lovely leaf-crunching stroll,” these audio snippets could put you in a sweater weather mood.

For the PSL fans, definitely choose option 6 – “Endless PSL Perfection.” This option has a person ordering a PSL and a barista making one. Again, this info doesn’t reveal the actual return date, but it seems that that pumpkin spice latte will be here sooner than you know it.

In the meantime, it will be interesting to see how long this number stays active. In a way, these sounds are better than the “fake computer voice” on help lines or other annoying hold phrases on repeat. And, as long as holiday music isn’t on the line in August, a little bit of normalcy has hope.
