While pumpkin pie is a classic, this pumpkin smoothie recipe is a must try.

It is time to give the oven a break. This pumpkin smoothie recipe will satisfy any pumpkin pie craving and it is easy to make. In just a matter of minutes, you can enjoy a sip of those delicious fall flavors. Enjoy that sweater weather and start the say with a flavorful treat.

For many people, pumpkin pie is a classic fall comfort food dessert. While everyone might salivate over the enticing aromas wafting from the oven, baking pies isn’t easy. Although Food Network baking shows might make it seem like child’s play, that perfect flaky crust takes skill. A soggy bottom will ruin any pie.

Although buying a store bough pie is an option, it isn’t quite the same. There is something about making a dish in your own kitchen that is satisfying. Sometimes, a few twists, adaptations and even food hacks can bring those favorite fall flavors to life in a whole new way.

For many people, a blender is the ultimate kitchen essential. In addition to that favorite smoothie, it makes short work of a variety of recipes. From sauces to soups, the blender might be used more than the oven.

For many people, a Nutri Ninja Cup blender is a great item to have on hand. It makes quick work of all the blending needs and even can used for serving.

For the fall season, Ninja shared a delicious pumpkin smoothie recipe. While this smoothie might not get you out of baking a Thanksgiving pie, it is a big flavor upgrade from that daily PSL.

• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
• 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
• 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
• 1/8 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• Dash sea salt
• 1 cup ice

Instructions
Container Required: Regular 24-ounce Nutri Ninja® Cup

1. Place all of the ingredients into the Regular 24-ounce Nutri Ninja® Cup in the order listed.
2. Turn unit ON, then select Auto-iQ™ BLEND.
3. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.

Expert tip from Ninja:
While some people might want to make a smoothie at night so that they can grab and go in the morning, one item is very important. Never store smoothies (or any food) with the blade assembly attached. It is always best to remove the blades and replace them with the Sip & Seal Lids or transfer the smoothie to another container.
