Tanteo Sparkling Margarita
While just have another margarita when you can have a sparkling margarita? This sparkling cocktail has two options. For a lighter choice, choose club soda. Or, if you like more citrus flavor, consider a Fanta (but it will make the cocktail sweeter).
And, if you like a little kick with your margarita, consider a spicy salt garnish. A little smoky salt or even Tajin rim would be delightful.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tanteo Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Sparkling Wine or Club Soda
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice Stir well and strain into a chilled Coupe Glass Garnish with a lemon twist
CÎROC White Grape 75
Similar to other festive sparkling cocktails, this Ciroc cocktail is sparkling and sweet. The use of the bitters helps to balance the sweetness. Also, you can use a sparkling wine instead of a champagne. Just choose the sparkling wine wisely.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. CÎROC White Grape Vodka
- 4 oz. Champagne
- 1 Sugar cube (optional)
- 2 Dashes Peychaud or Angostura bitters
Preparation:
- Combine CÎROC White Grape Vodka, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass.
- Top up with Champagne.
- Stir gently.
Scotch 75

- 1.25 oz The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Wine, to top
Preparation:
Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine into a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a flute glass then top up with the sparkling wine and garnish.
Truly NYE Sparkle
Who hasn’t had a few hard seltzers in the past year. This sparkling cocktail is as flavorful as it is colorful. Sometimes it is just necessarily to bring a little extra sparkle for a celebration.

Ingredients:
- 6 oz Truly Wild Berry
- 0.5 oz Cran-raspberry puree
- 2.5 oz Prosecco
- 1 tsp Diamond Luster Dust
- 2 Lemon peels
- 4 raspberries
Preparation:
- In a mixing glass add cran-raspberry syrup, luster dust, and prosecco. Then squeeze and drop in one lemon peel. Cover with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a wine glass. Then, add the Truly wild berry. Garnish with raspberries and lemon peel
**Cran-Raspberry syrup:
- Add 4 oz of raspberry puree to 6 oz of cranberry juice. Store in a sealable container, in the refrigerator for use.

- · .25 oz Genepy le Chamois
- · .25 oz Mandarine Napoleon
- · 1 spoonful Banana Combier
- · .75 oz fresh lemon juice

Method:
- Shaken, served in a highball glass with a Collins ice sphere. Top drink with sparkling wine, and garnish with a single plantain chip and an edible orchid.
Malibu Fizz
Even if you aren’t sitting by a beach, you can feel like you’re at a tropical getaway with this festive sparkling cocktail. The Malibu has those tropical flavors that come through in each sip. A little tart and a touch sweet, this cocktail could inspire some hypothetical travel for the new year.

- 1 part Malibu Original
- 1 part Fresh lime juice
- 1 part Cranberry juice
- top up with Sparkling wine
- Edible glitter
Method :
- Wet the rim of a glass and dip it in edible glitter (optional).
