Looking for a new Bloody Mary recipe, try the Mary Modena.

On National Bloody Mary Day, a new Bloody Mary recipe is a must. Luckily the Mary Modena is that cocktail that will have you falling in love with the classic cocktail in a whole new way. One sip will make you appreciate this elevated sip.

For many people, the Bloody Mary is the classic brunch cocktail. Somehow it just seems permissible to have some vodka in the morning when it is paired with some tomato juice and a few tasty garnishes.

Over the years, many chefs and mixologists have upgraded the Bloody Mary recipe by piling the cocktail glass high with garnishes. Instead of just a piece of celery, olive or even slice of lemon, garnishes included shrimp, meat sticks or even a chicken wing. Some cocktails went even bigger with a slider or even a whole chicken.

While a Bloody Mary can be a food and beverage, shouldn’t the beverage be the focus? Recently, Two Michelin-Star Chef Michael White partnered with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to a new version of a Bloody Mary recipe that puts the focus on flavor.

In this Bloody Mary recipe, there is a generous pour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. That robust flavor highlights the fresh tomato juice. With a touch of Worcestershire sauce and celery bitters, you won’t need all the other garnishes to appreciate this cocktail.

Here’s how to make a new Bloody Mary recipe, the Mary Modena.

“Mary Modena”
